Izmiješati žličicu nutele sa kakaom te dodati u jednu polovinu tijesta. Spremiti ih u prozirnu foliju i ostaviti pola sata u hladnjaku da odmori.</P><P>Lješnjake popržiti i nasjeckati na sitne komadiće.</P><P>Kad je tijesto odmorilo, izvaditi ga ih hladnjaka i svaki posebno razvaljati na cca 3mm debljine. Rezati krugove primjera 4 cm.</P><P>Složiti ih na lim za pečenje, sve premazati razmućenim žumanjkom, a bijele keksiće posuti sjeckanim lješnjacima. Smjesu staviti u vrećicu pa istiskivati male hrpice ili ih oblikovati pomoću žlica. Njihove su krafne u obliku trokuta što je zgodno zbog manjih ostataka tijesta ali na kraju sam se ipak odlučila za okrugle ;) Pola sam punila marmeladom, pola nisam punila nego ih umočila u čokoladu. <IMG border=0 src="C:\Program Files\ABS\Auto Blog Samurai\data\Recepti Ana traljana kuhanje kolači torte\recepti iz biljenice\" width=240 height=320><BR>Sastojci: <P>Tijesto:<BR>600 g brašna<BR>Prstohvat soli<BR>3 žlice šećera<BR>Vanilin šećer<BR>30 g svježeg kvasca<BR>100 ml toplog mlijeka za kvasac<BR>150 ml mlakog mlijeka<BR>50 g otopljenog margarina<BR>2 jaja<BR>1 žlica ulja<BR>1 žlica ruma ili rakije<BR>Korica naranče<BR>Korica limuna</P><P>Čokoladni preljev:<BR>80 g čokolade za kuhanje<BR>40 g margarina<BR>1 žlica mlijeka</P><P>Ostalo:<BR>Ulje za prženje cca 500 ml<BR>Marmelada i čokolada ili nutella za punjenje<BR>Kokos, šarene ili čokoladne mrvice za ukras</P><IMG border=0 src="C:\Program Files\ABS\Auto Blog Samurai\data\Recepti Ana traljana kuhanje kolači torte\recepti iz biljenice\" width=240 height=320><BR>Priprema: <P>U dublju zdjelu staviti prosijano brašno, dodati sol, šećer i vanilin šećer. U posebnom lončiću razmrviti kvasac, dodati žličicu šećera i brašna (oduzeti od navedenih sastojaka) pa preliti sa 100 ml toplog mlijeka i pustiti da naraste.</P><P>Margarin (ili maslac) otopiti, umiješati u dio brašna, umiješati i jaja. Kad je kvasac narastao umiješati ga u dio brašna bez jaja i margarina pa postepeno sve zajedno sjediniti uz dodavanje mlijeka, ruma, korice limuna i naranče i na samom kraju ulja.</P><P>Tijesto oblikovati u kuglu, pokriti i ostaviti oko sat vremena da naraste. Kad je se tijesto udvostručilo premijesiti ga i razvaljati na prst debljine. Rezati krugove promjera 8 cm, složiti ih na kuhinjsku krpu, pokriti i ostaviti još dvadeset minuta da odstoje.</P><IMG border=0 src="C:\Program Files\ABS\Auto Blog Samurai\data\Recepti Ana traljana kuhanje kolači torte\recepti iz biljenice\" width=400 height=300><BR>Pržiti ih u dubokom ulju i to na nešto malo manje od srednjoj vatri po 2-3 minute sa svake strane. Prvo se stavi pržiti gornja strana pa se okrene čim dobije zlatnu boju. Gotove prvo staviti na ubrus kako bi upio moguće ostatke ulja zatim ih puniti marmeladom ili čokoladom. <P>Pola količine krafni umočiti vrhom u čokoladu otopljenu zajedno s margarinom, mlijekom i žličicom ulja pa posipati kokosom, šarenim ili čokoladnim mrvicama.
